This starter kit comes with everything needed to participate in therapy with live clinicians. Though a stationary bike and free weights (up to 5 lbs) are optional, we find it being a necessity, but someone can easily use soup cans or water bottles in the meantime as weights. HRN provides excellent therapy and service that gets results to those that want to better themselves using clinicians and not personal trainers. HRN is known for its extremely high success rates and decrease in hospital readmission, the required kit is needed to successfully rehabilitate someone with advanced stage lung or heart disease.

1. Incentive spirometer (Lung Volume Measurement)
2. Delta-V (Lung Muscle Trainer)
3. Doctor Packet (to be given to your doctor on your next appointment)
4. HRN Pen
5. MDI Spacer (MDI spacer is used to administer meter dose inhaler medication)
6. Tote Bag (Bag to place your tools in for class)
7. Pulse Oximeter (Measures blood oxygen levels)
8. Harmonica (used in therapy during stress management, a very fun way to breath and exercise)
9. Phone or Tablet Stand
10. VPEP (a vibration device used to help clear lung congestion, used frequently when suffering from severe congestion or mild congestion)
11. Therapy Band
12. Program Booklet
13. FDA Approved blue tooth, blood pressure machine (Necessary to have in the program)
